Members 1st Credit Union was recently made aware of a delay in the delivery of December paper statements to members. Further investigation with our statement vendor revealed a majority of December statements were not produced and delivered to the post office for distribution. Electronic December eStatements were delivered to members with no issues. Our statement vendor reprinted and distributed the December paper statements on January 23.
