Temporary Delay To In-Branch Services
**UPDATE** All issues have been resolved and branch operations are back to normal as of 12:30 P.M.
We want to inform you of a temporary delay to in-branch services today due to a vendor service issue. Branches are open and available to serve you, but expect delays with in-branch service requests while we work to resolve this vendor service issue. While this service issue will temporarily affect our in-branch operations, all other member services remain fully functional and accessible:
- Mobile Banking: Our app is fully operational for account management, transfers, payments, and more.
- Online Banking: You can perform transactions and manage your accounts online without interruptions.
- Cards: You can make purchases with your Members 1st debit, credit, or travel card.
- ATMs: All our ATMs are functioning normally for cash withdrawals, deposits, and more.
- Phone Support: Member Service Representatives are readily available to take your calls.
We want to assure you that this is a services-related issue and not a security breach. Your personal and financial information remains safe and secure.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our team is actively working to fully restore all in-branch services as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as the situation progresses.
